General terms and conditions for ticket and travel bookings
I. General
Mystery of Speed procures and brokers admission tickets, travel and package deals as well as VIP packages for motorsport events. We only act on behalf of the customer (orderer). We are not the organizers of the services offered. These are provided by the respective organizer, who is also the issuer of the tickets or travel documents. By purchasing the admission ticket or booking package deals, contractual relationships with regard to the event come about exclusively between the customer and the respective organizer. Please refer to the admission ticket or voucher for the organizer. Our offers are non-binding until the contract is concluded and are only valid as long as the ordered ticket category or package offers are available from the organizer.
II. Orders / Bookings
With your order/booking, you authorize us to procure or book the corresponding admission tickets or package deals or short trips in accordance with the advertisement. With the booking/order you submit an offer within the meaning of civil law, which leads to a contract through our confirmation by means of an invoice (offer and acceptance).
III. Prices
The ticket prices include advance booking fees, processing fees, commissions and third-party and procurement costs. We expressly point out that the sales price may deviate from the price printed on the tickets. Prices are based on current tariff regulations and exchange rates. We reserve the right to make price corrections at any time due to exchange rate fluctuations, mistakes as well as typing and calculation errors.
IV. Payments
All tickets and event packages or trips booked must be paid for without deductions within the time period stated on the invoice.
V. Shipping
It is always agreed with you, the customer directly, before the closing of the contract, how and when the tickets will be delivered.
VI. Cancellations and Withdrawal
Admission tickets and travel packages can in principle neither be taken back nor exchanged by us or the organizer. Such services are not subject to the right of cancellation and return according to §312b BGB. The cancellation fee for tickets on the part of the customer is 100% of the agreed sales price.

VII. Liability, event cancellation and program changes
Mystery of Speed is merely an intermediary for all admission tickets and tickets offered as individual services. We assume no liability for the services in connection with the event. The respective organizer (promoter) is responsible for the execution and processes of the event and their general terms and conditions and other contractual conditions also apply. You can find the organizer on your admission ticket. The program, times, procedures and cast of an event can be changed by the organizer without this resulting in a claim for a refund or exchange of the tickets. We would like to point out that some race organizers also reserve the right to change their general terms and conditions in order to adapt them to the legal and economic framework. Especially with regard to the reimbursement of the ticket price (e.g. no or only partial reimbursement of the ticket price or transfer to a new race date in the event of force majeure). If the event is canceled due to an unforeseeable event or due to force majeure, we will endeavor to arrange for a refund of the entrance fees from the organizer concerned, provided this is permitted by the organizer. If an ongoing event is canceled, the buyer is not entitled to reimbursement of pro rata ticket prices or travel expenses. In the event of non-performance or poor performance on our part, we are only liable to the amount of the sales price we have invoiced. We are not liable for further claims and consequential costs. For all event visitors, the laws, regulations and official orders of the local authorities applicable at the time of the event apply to the holding of events.
VIII. Miscellaneous and Place of Jurisdiction
Further agreements that go beyond these conditions require our written consent. In principle, the ineffectiveness of individual provisions does not justify the ineffectiveness of the contract. Austrian law applies. The competent court in Augsburg is agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
